Data Security & Recovery
SambaJAM data is held in SAS70 Type II Compliant Data Centre. There are ongoing quality assessments by independent third parties to ensure SAS70 Certification. Data storage devices are shredded at end of life.
All data is backed up hourly to a secure storage area on our servers and can be restored in minutes after a failure.
In addition to firewalls, 128-bit AES SSL Encryption is provided for all network traffic across your SambaJAM client. This means all traffic is encrypted on route between our servers and end user PCs. Customers can request an upgraded to 256-bit AES SSL Encryption where required.
The SambaJAM network is actively monitored on our production systems to identify and proactively respond to any issue should they arise. Ongoing assessments are run to protect the system from rogue threats.
SambaJAM is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) used securely by many large enterprises and trusted by millions of customers.
We have a resilient infrastructure to ensure we are able to maintain the highest service levels. We employ replicated data centers and appropriate load balancing of servers to mitigate any risk of failures within the virtualized infrastructure.
